Terms and conditions for 1-Month Membership

CrossFit SEO classes are first come, first serve (or first scheduled). Classes are subject to availability. Purchaser must read, understand, agree, and indicate their agreement to the SEO Fitness risk, waiver, and release of liability form by electronic signature before participating in CrossFit SEO class sessions.

Membership auto-renews on a monthly basis, but the renewal can be canceled at any time either through this system or through the SEO staff.

No refunds and no returns on purchase, regardless of injury, vacations, or extended absenses.

Membership length will only be adjusted by CrossFit SEO if facility will be closed for 4 or more consecutive business days, defined as Monday through Saturday. National holidays are excluded from this count.

Membership only redeemable by purchaser or to a limit of one other designee.

Purchaser must cancel class sessions no later than 12 hours in advance. Scheduling a class, not canceling 12 hours in advance and/or not attending a scheduled class is classified as a "no show." 3 "no shows" in a one month period can and will likely result in the restriction of the offending purchaser/member's ability to schedule or attending classes, without refund, until resolved with CrossFit SEO managment.

Membership is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
